This is a dedicated smoke cabinet upgrade for your Louisiana Grill. This kit attaches easily to any LG 900 LG Series grills. The cabinet has 1396 sq. in. of smoking surface as standard on 5 stainless steel racks. The cabinet is a perfect addition for full-on smoking and curing or simply for keeping food warm after cooking. Dual glow in the dark temperature gauges are at the top and bottom of the cabinet so you can easily monitor the temperature, great for those perfectionists. A locking leg easily lowers to add stability. This smoke cabinet is the ideal companion for your Louisiana Grill wood pellet grill.Cold smoke your cheese, or cure and smoke your jerky, salmon, bacon or nuts.
